At Zerno Floral Studio, we make every effort to deliver your floral arrangement on the delivery date selected during checkout.

While we strive to meet all requested delivery dates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, recipient availability, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient to arrange delivery.
