Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at zerno.floral.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
